1. By Train via Western Railway (Most Budget-Friendly)
Churchgate / Dadar / Borivali / Virar to Kelve Road Station
The most convenient way to reach without driving is via the Western Railway suburban corridor:
- Board a Dahanu Road local train or MEMU from Churchgate, Dadar, Andheri, Borivali, or Virar.
- Get down at **Kelve Road Railway Station (KLV)**. Fast locals from Borivali take approximately 65 to 75 minutes.
- Outside Kelve Road station, shared Six-Seater (Tumtum) autos or private autos run continuously to Kelwa Beach. The ride is just 15 minutes (approx. 8 km) through scenic coconut groves.
- Beyond Sands Tip: Inform our concierge 30 minutes before reaching Kelve Road station, and we will have a verified auto ready for you at the platform exit.
2. By Road from Mumbai & Thane (NH-48 Highway)
Approx. 95 km / 2 to 2.5 Hours Driving Time
From Mumbai or Thane, join the Mumbai-Ahmedabad Highway (NH-48) heading north through Ghodbunder Road / Dahisar Toll Naka. Past Vasai and Virar, continue toward Manor.
At the Manor flyover junction, take the left turn towards Palghar-Kelwa Road. Follow the signboards toward Shitla Devi Temple. Beyond Sands is located directly opposite the temple entrance gate.
3. By Road from Surat, Vapi & South Gujarat
Smooth Southbound Drive on NH-48
From Surat / Navsari / Vapi, drive south on NH-48. Cross the Maharashtra border past Talasari and Charoti Naka. Take the Boisar-Palghar turnoff and proceed directly along the coastal belt to Kelwa (Pin: 401401). Total driving time from Surat is roughly 3.5 hours.
